How does therapy work?
Therapy can provide a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Together, we can discover how these are affecting your life, as well as how you are already resourced to deal with these challenges. Every person is different and uses the space in their own way. I will ensure that we continue to check in throughout the work, to enable the sessions to be most effective for you.

How can therapy help me?
You may be at a time in your life where relationships are difficult, or you feel stuck or unfulfilled. Therapy can be a space where you can explore new ways of seeing your situation and discover new awareness. This can allow you to try out new ways of being, within the safety of the sessions.
